"I love Ford's. The owner and workers are always friendly, professional, and thoroughly explain what the problem is and how they will fix it. Today they helped me in a pinch after I had taken my car to a different place in Lenox to get it inspected (Ford's doesn't do inspections- I wish they did!) and the mechanic there said they couldn't locate the buckle to my back middle seat. Rather than taking the small amount of extra time to locate the buckle wedged underneath the seat, they told me I had to go to someone else to have the back seat removed. Ford's fixed the problem in under ten minutes, and I was able to go back to the other place to get my inspection sticker- I won't be returning to them for any reason.
